Eddie Boland Jr.

Eddie Lamar Boland Jr., 36, of Batesburg passed away on Monday, October 17, 2022. Born in Lexington County, he was the adopted son of Edith Bickley Leaphart. Eddie was employed with B-L Rentals and loved fishing, hunting, and the Gamecocks. He was an avid golfer who loved to golf with his buddies at Indian Trail Golf Course. Eddie was a people person who never meet a stranger and could make anyone smile. Most importantly, he was a devoted and loving father to his daughter, Charlie Erin.

In addition to his adopted mother, he is survived by his daughter, Charlie Erin Boland and son, Noah Covin; his siblings, Jamie Boland and Amy Boland; half-sister, Brittany Boland; uncles, Andy Boland and Dale Leaphart (Tara) and their children, Brody and Hannah. He is also survived by his biological parents, Eddie Lamar Boland Sr. and Melissa Riddlehoover Inabinet and special friend, Megan Hartley.

The service for Eddie will be held at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, October 23rd at Milton Shealy Funeral Home with Mrs. Beverly Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in Ridge Crest Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 1:30 until 3:00 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
