Anna Katherine Riser

Anna Katherine Riser, 91, wife of the late Cmdr. Ellis W. Riser, of Leesville, SC, died peacefully on January 18, 2018.

Mrs. Riser was born in Asheville, NC, the only child of the late Mr. & Mrs. Gustav (Kate) Muller.

Mrs. Riser is survived by her sons John, of Leesville, SC, and Jim, and his wife Amy, and their children Jacob & Rachel, of Midland, TX.

A visitation will be held on Monday, January 22, 2018 from 5-7 PM at Milton Shealy Funeral Home in Batesburg. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, 255 St. Marks Church Road, Leesville, SC 29070 or the charity of your choice. A private graveside service will be scheduled at a later date.
