Anthony "Tony" Richard Bartl

Anthony "Tony" Richard Bartl, 70, of Leesville, passed away on Monday, August 8, 2022. Born in Toccoa, Georgia, he was a son of the late Antony Michael Bartl and Martha Woerner Bartl. Mr. Bartl attended Celebration Church Fellowship.

He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Johanna Adriana Krybolder Bartl; daughters, Adriana Michelle Maroney and Martha Renee Crane (Jason); granddaughters, Adriana Grace Maroney and soon to be granddaughter, Martha Jewell Crane. He is also survived by his siblings, Carlene Hanrahan (John), Timothy Bartl (Susie), Naomi Vanamburg (Steve), Regene Martin (Randy), Greg Bartl (Michele), Calvin Bartl (Sharon) and Daniel Bartl (Carol); as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

The service for Mr. Tony will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, August 13th at Celebration Church Fellowship, 1765 Batesburg Hwy, Batesburg-Leesville, SC 29006 with burial to follow in Ridge Crest Memorial Park. The Rev. Joseph Hallman will officiate. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service beginning at the church.
