April Coleman

April Michelle Coleman, 46, passed away Wednesday, August 4, 2021. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 Noon, Monday, August 9, 2021 at Milton Shealy Funeral Home. The Rev. Dr. Amos O'Harling will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Active pallbearers will be: Chris Choe, Jerry Ridlehoover, Willie Carrol, and Kobe Long.

Mrs. Coleman was born on February 10, 1975 in Greenwood, SC, a daughter of Judy Ridlehoover Powell and the late Lonnie Lavern Beck. She loved watching Tik Toks and trying to make them with her kids. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend.

Those left to cherish her precious memories are her husband of 31 years, Ernest "Pork Chop" Coleman; children, James, Ella "Elaina", Meredith and Austin Coleman; mother, Judy Powell; and grandchildren, Rashod Lites, Madison Coleman, Maleek Lites, Trenton Dozier, Aiden Lites and Scarlet Coleman. She is also survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Ashley and Chris Choe; nephews, Zayne and Tanner Choe; brothers-in-law, Eddie(Belinda), Joseph, Kenny, David Coleman, and Darran Pace; and sisters-in-law, Willie Mae, Lugenia, Dorothy, and Audrey Coleman. She leaves behind a special friend/cousin, Nina Hendrix, a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, relatives and many sorrowing friends who will miss her dearly. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her uncle, Freddie and her Granny, Doodle.
