Carolyn Ann Herron

Carolyn Ann Herron, age 74, of Leesville, SC, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, March 9, 2024. She was born on July 16, 1949, in Florence, SC to the late Frankie and Virginia Oakley Moore. Carolyn retired from the SC Department of Motor Vehicles in Blythewood.

She is survived by her loving children, Mike, David, Kevin, and Shawn Herron (Jessica); granddaughters, Brittney, Candy, Ahnika (Nathaniel), Caitlin (Brandon), and Lilly; grandsons, Tyler, Hunter, Caleb, Connor, Joey, and Ryan; great granddaughters, Samara and Hailey. Carolyn is also survived by siblings, Wanda Christmas (Bill), Shirley Moore and Frankie Moore (Barbara). In addition to her parents and husband, Grover "Wade" Herron, she was preceded in death by a son, Mark Herron; grandson, Travis Herron; and daughter-in-law, Lucretia Herron.

Funeral services for Carolyn will be held at 12 noon, Tuesday, March 12th at Horrell Hill Baptist Church, 920 Horrell Hill Road, Hopkins, SC. The Rev. Randy Moore officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 11 until 12.
