Caron Burns Carrigan

Caron Burns Carrigan,67, of Batesburg, passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2024. Mrs. Carrigan was born in Westpoint, New York, a daughter of the late Col. William C. and Arlouine Burns. She loved gardening, raising chickens and goats, and spending time with family and friends.

Surviving are her husband, Sandy Burgess; sons, Rick Carrigan (Megan Quarles) and David Burgess; and step-daughter, Sandra Adams (Ronald). Also surviving are her siblings, Michelle Wagoner (Bill), Kathleen Chaplin (Lee) and Bill Burns. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her step-daughter, Janet Marie Burgess.

A graveside service for Mrs. Carrigan will be held held at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 27th at Ridge Crest Memorial Park.  The family will greet friends immediately following at the graveside.

The family request in lieu of flowers memorials be made to the American Cancer Society.
