Christopher Lee "Gar" Oswalt

Christopher Lee “Gar” Oswalt, 28, passed away Monday, May 7, 2018. A memorial service will be held at 5:00 P.M. Thursday, May 10, at Milton Shealy Funeral Home with Rev. Russell Whittle officiating. Visitation will be held after the service at the funeral home.

Gar was born in Lexington, SC, son of Mark Oswalt and Russell and Kathy Whittle. He was an avid outdoorsman, he loved hunting, fishing and farming. Gar always had a smile on his face. He was loved and will be missed by many.

Surviving are his son, Chandler Lee Oswalt; siblings, Rusty (Ashton) Whittle, Kayla W. (Tony) Howell, Erica Whittle, Dalton Oswalt, Chance Oswalt; and many nieces, nephews and extended family.
