Curtis Jackson Maroney

Curtis Jackson Maroney, 55, of Leesville, passed away Sunday, November 16, 2014. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 19, at B-L Congregational Holiness Church with interment in Ridge Spring Cemetery with Rev. Virgil Bagwell officiating. Active pallbearers will be Shannon Maroney, A.J. Maroney, Eric Maroney, Chris Cade, Jr., Randy Bagwell, and Zack McCaskill. Mr. Maroney was born in Prosperity, SC, the son of Thelma Bagwell Maroney and the late Jackson "J.V." Maroney. Surviving are his mother, Thelma Maroney; wife, Patsy Thompson Maroney; sons, Christopher, Jason, Jackson, and Victor Maroney; daughter, Candice Lee; brother, Adam Maroney; seven grandchildren; three step-children; and eleven step-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 pm Tuesday, November 18, at Milton Shealy Funeral Home, other times at his residence.
