Daphine M. Weaver

Daphine M. Weaver, 87, of Leesville, passed away peacefully on October 20, 2024. Born in Edgefield, SC, on July 27, 1937, she was a daughter of the late Julian and Frances Adams Mitchell. Mrs. Weaver was a faithful member of Rehoboth United Methodist Church for many years. In addition to her love for gardening, Mrs. Weaver enjoyed tending to her flowers.

Surviving are her two sons, Holley (Teresa) and Brian Weaver; a grandson, Christopher Weaver (Erica); great-grandchildren, Harley, Ashlyn, and Sydney Weaver, and Junior, Arielle, and Sebastian Brown; also surviving are her brothers, Mike (Patsy) and Julian Mitchell; and sisters, Eddielou Shuford, and Mae Walker. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Weaver was preceded in death by her loving husband of 52 years, David H. Weaver, and a sister, Florine Hutto.

The graveside service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Weaver will be held at 2 o'clock on Tuesday, October 22nd, at Rehoboth United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Noble Miller officiating. The family will greet friends immediately following at the graveside.
