Darrell Marion Whittle

Darrell Marion Whittle, 60, of Saluda, SC passed away January 12, 2021. A native of Saluda, he was a son of Christine Maffett Whittle and the late Floyd Tracy “Jack” Whittle, Jr. Mr. Whittle was loved by many and will be missed by his family, friends, and church family. He was the owner of Double D Brush and Grass and owned Little Angel's Memorial Park of Saluda.

Surviving in addition to his mother is his daughter, Stephanie Whittle Rowe; two grandchildren, Randy “Ethan” Rowe and Reba Elisabeth Rowe, all of Saluda; two brothers, Mark Whittle (Linda) of Florida, and Cecil Whittle (Belva) of Virginia; three sisters, Jackie Martin (Richard) of Lugoff, Chrisse Shealy and Rhonda Willis (Nathan) of Saluda. Also surviving is his girlfriend, Tammy Johnson of Greenwood, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his father, Mr. Whittle was preceded in death by his son, Darrell “Mason” Whittle.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, January 18th at Little Angel's Memorial Park of Saluda. The family will greet friends following the service at the graveside. Due to COVID-19, social distancing and masks are encouraged.
