David "Davy" Marshall Hast

David "Davy" Marshall Hast, 42, passed away Tuesday, December 8, 2015. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM on Monday, December 14, 2015 at North Trenholm Baptist Church in Columbia. Dr. Lacoste Munn will be officiating. Mr. Hast was born on September 28, 1973 and was the youngest of two sons of Sharon Logan Hast and David Alan Hast. He is survived by his parents; his brother, Douglas Alan Hast; grandmother, Geri Hast Fallaw, niece, Ila Hast; nephew, Logan J. Hast; aunts; uncles; and cousins. Mr. Hast resided in Columbia and was a member of The Early Risers Sunday School Class at North Trenholm Baptist Church. He worked in HVAC until he was unable due to illness. He was a caregiver to his grandmother until her death. He will be greatly missed by many. "I don't want anyone to grieve when I die. I think we should have a party." - Shakee Hast
