David Eugene Hartley, 65, of Batesburg, passed away on Friday, January 3, 2025. Born in Aiken County, David was the son of the late Milledge Hartley, Jr. and Esther Ruth Gill Hartley. He enjoyed spending time with his beloved fur companion, Buddy.
David is survived by his wife of 15 years, Loretta Hartley; son, Paul Hartley; brother and sister-in-law, Robert Hartley (Cherie); and sister and brother-in-law, Alice Smith (Baxter); along with his nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Arlene Corder.
No formal services will be held at this time.
