Diana S Foran

Diana S. Foran, 76, of Leesville, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 1, 2025. Born in Cleveland, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Howard Douglas and Evadell Tipton Stobaugh. Diana was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, known for her kind heart and unwavering love for her family. She found great joy in spending time with her loved ones, cherishing every moment with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

She had a deep love for animals and found happiness in the simple joys of life. She enjoyed crocheting beautiful pieces for family and friends, spending time on the water boating, and embracing the great outdoors while camping. She was also a fan of music and had a passion for golf, always appreciating a good game. Her warmth, wisdom, and laughter will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

She is survived by her loving husband, Gordon Foran; children, Michael Oswalt (Brenda), Tracy Cockrell (Brian), and Tammy Northcutt; grandchildren, Brian Oswalt (Christy), Jeff Oswalt (Whitney), Tabitha Nichols (Zach), Tommy Quagliato (Dana), Joey Quagliato (Madison), Dillon Cockrell (Michelia), Derrick Cockrell (Kelsey), Matthew Kyzer (Kaiyla), and Zach Kyzer (Tonia); along with nine great-grandchildren. Also surviving are her step-children, Michelle Scerca (Brian) and Christopher Foran; step-grandchildren, Akina, Mallory, and Carter Scera; brother, Richard Stobaugh (Deree); brother-in-law, Doug Clifton; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Diana was preceded in death by her former husband, Harry Seigal, and her sister, Eva Jean Clifton.

A funeral service to celebrate Diana’s life will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, March 6th, at Milton Shealy Funeral Home, with Rev. Danny Kyzer officiating. Burial will follow in Ridge Crest Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, beginning at 1:00 PM at the funeral home. Active pallbearers will be: Brian Oswalt, Jeff Oswalt, Dillon Cockrell, Derrick Cockrell, Tommy Quagliato, Joey Quagliato, Zach Nichols, and Zach Kyzer.
