Doris Frame Balentine

Doris Frame Balentine, 93, of Lexington, passed away on Tuesday, June 18, 2024. Mrs. Balentine was born in Ridley Park, PA, a daughter of the late Edward John and Ethel Mae Yeager Frame. She was married to the late Richard Balentine. Mrs. Balentine was an active member of First Baptist Church of Lexington until her health wouldn't allow her to attend. She looked forward to going home to Heaven and being with her Savior and her loved ones. She loved flowers, clouds and watching sunrises and sunsets.

Surviving are her son, Kenneth E. Balentine (Vicki); daughter, Janet B. Grubbs; grandchildren, Joshua L. Grubbs (Brooke), Michael K. Grubbs (Kayla), Jonathan R. Grubbs, and Melissa B Rogers (Will); along with her six great grandchildren. Also surviving are her sister, Carolyn Reading; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two grandsons, Andrew K. Balentine and Matthew R. Grubbs; and brother-in-law, Walter Reading.

The memorial service for Mrs. Balentine will be held at a later date in Pennsylvania.
