Dwayne Scott

Dwayne Scott, 66, of Batesburg, SC, passed away on June 19, 2024, peacefully at his home. Born in Frankfurt, Germany, on May 15, 1958, he was a son to the late Billie and Annie Breedlove Scott. Mr. Scott was a member of Celebration Church, where he was a devoted Christian and served as the drummer in the church band.

Surviving are his wife of 27 years, Sharon Kay Scott; son, Michael Scott (Cassie); daughter, Felicia Scott; and eight grandchildren. Dwayne is also survived by his sister, Melinda Martin (Jimmy); brothers, Ronnie Scott and David Scott (Lauren); and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Mr. Scott was preceded in death by his stepson, Michael Cain, and a sister-in-law, Susan Scott.

A memorial service to celebrate Dwayne's life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 29th, at Celebration Church. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, starting at 10:00 a.m.
