Earl Venson Marshall

Earl Venson Marshall, 78, of Leesville, passed away May 30, 2022. The graveside service for Mr. Earl will be held at 12:00 P.M. Tuesday, June 7th at Fort Jackson National Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. Monday, June 6th, at Milton Shealy Funeral Home.

Mr. Marshall was born in Washington, Georgia, a son of the late Lloyd and Juanita Johnson Marshall. He was married to the late Rebecca Marshall. Mr. Marshall was an retired United States Marine Veteran serving in the Vietnam War from 1965-1969. He was an avid fisherman and poker player.

Surviving are his sister, Patricia Thrush; brother, John Marshall (Darla); as well as numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members. Also surviving are his half sister, Pam Gay; and half brothers, Rodney and Myron Marshall. In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter and a sister, Mary Jean Shelton.
