Elizabeth E. Adams, 84, of Leesville, passed away Wednesday, June 24, 2015. Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, June 26, at Milton Shealy Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Rick Scott officiating. Visitation will be held from 10 - 11 A.M. Friday before the service at the funeral home. Mrs. Adams was born in Honea Path, SC, daughter of the late Eugene Gary Shaw and Minnie Lee Shaw. She was a faithful member of Beulah Baptist Church where she was the organist for 69 years. Surviving are her husband, Marion Adams; daughter and son-in-law, Karen (Rick) Scott; grandson, Stephen (Kayla) Scott; granddaughter, Jamie (Chris) Hickerson; three great grandchildren, Delaney Scott; Addison Hickerson; Wyatt Scott; sisters, Lena Shaw Clark; Rachel Shaw Davis; brother, Eugene Gary (Lillian) Shaw, Jr; special niece, Nancy (Charles) Shealy; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Claude, Clayton, Harold and Sam Shaw; and sister, Louise Williams. The family will receive friends at other times at the home of her daughter Karen, 2444 Devils Backbone Road, Leesville, SC 29070.
