Eloise Hartley Fulmer

Eloise Hartley Fulmer, 82, of Ward, passed away Tuesday, November 29, 2022. Mrs. Fulmer was born in Aiken County, a daughter of the late Grady Hartley, Sr. and Charlene Virginia Cockrell Hartley. She was married to the late Willie E. Fulmer. Mrs. Fulmer was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church, Aiken County. She loved being outdoors, bird watching, Elvis Presley and playing with her grandkids.

Surviving are her children, William Fulmer, Mary Fulmer (David Randall), Ruth Padgett (Richard), Henry Fulmer (Ellen) and Paul Fulmer (Amanda); six grandchildren, Tripp Padgett, Justin Padgett, Emma Fulmer, Gavin Fulmer, Marshall Fulmer and Cooper Fulmer. Also surviving are her siblings, Alice Ruth Shealy, Callie Hartley, Robert Hartley, Charles Hartley, Paula Conaway, Carla Long and Gennie Boatwright. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Grady Hartley Sr., Diane Davis and Wyman Hartley.

The funeral service for Mrs. Fulmer will be held at 6:00 P.M. Friday, December 2nd at Milton Shealy Funeral Home with the Rev. Bill Watkins officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior from 5:00 until 6:00 P.M. to the service at the funeral home.
