Frankie Swindell Williams

Frankie Swindell Williams, 88, of New Bern, NC passed away Friday, November 18, 2016. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at Milton Shealy Funeral Home Chapel with entombment in Christ the Good Shepherd Mausoleum at Ridge Crest Memorial Park conducted by Rev. Robert Culbertson Jr.

Mrs. Williams was born in Aiken, SC daughter of the late Ernest Gary and Lula Lee Swindell. She had worked for Allied Chemical for 30 years. She was married to the late John H. Williams, Sr.

Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, John (Janet) Williams of New Bern, NC; sisters, Betty Gordon Watkins and Jessie Galloway; grandchildren: John (Mary) Williams III, Ginger Hunter, Amy (Dan) Anderson; great grandchildren: Bradley, Jonathan and Benjie Williams, Abbie, Kayle and Ernie Hunter and John Parker Anderson. She was preceded in death by brothers, Melvin Swindle and James Gordon.

The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM Monday, November 21, at Milton Shealy Funeral Home.
