Horace Allen Thomas

Horace Allen Thomas, 79, of Leesville, passed away Friday, April 28, 2017. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 P.M. Friday, May 5, at Milton Shealy Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mr. Thomas was born in Aiken, SC, son of the late Kern and Carrie Johnson Thomas. He was an U.S. Air Force Veteran and a member of the 32˚ Mason Jamil Shriner. Mr. Thomas was a member of Mount Pleasant Baptist Church.

Surviving are his wife, Barbara Burgess Thomas; sons, Wesley Thomas, Kernel “Rocky” Thomas; daughters, Tammy Hartley, Vickie Perry; twelve grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by six brothers.
