Jason Vernon Willis

Jason Vernon Willis, affectionately known as "Buddy," 42, of Leesville, passed away on Thursday, February 27, 2025. Born in Lexington, he was a son of Ernest "Lil Red" Miller and the late Darlene Margie Steele Miller.

Jason was the epitome of a good ole country boy with a big heart. He had a passion for logging and loved building or fixing anything he could think of. He was at his happiest when spending time with his family or working on a project. Jason would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it, and you could always count on him for anything. He had many "adopted" children who loved him and cherished his company.

Jason is survived by his father, Ernest "Lil Red" Miller; his brother, Jacob Miller (Tonya); his sister, Donna Jo "DJ" Warren (Brandon); as well as his best friend, Adam Coleman, and numerous other family members and friends.
