Jessica Lee Scott

Jessica Lee Scott, 36, of Leesville passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, October 17, 2023. Jess was born in Long Branch, NJ, the daughter of Robin Lee Eidson Scott and the late Daniel Thomas Scott, Sr. Jess loved going to the lake, watching Marvel movies and playing the violin and singing. Most of all, she loved her her children, her dogs and her family.

Surviving are her mother, Robin Scott; children, Reagen, Leighton, and Eli Sherman; brother, Daniel Thomas Scott, Jr.; and nieces, Emma and Natalie Scott; along with her fiancé, Aaron Schumpert. Also surviving are her god-mothers, Victoria Griffin and Virginia Anderson; and god-father, David Eidson; and many extended family members. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Lonnie and Gloria Eidson and paternal grandparents, William Scott, Sr. and Teresa Scott.

The funeral service for Jessica will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, October 21, at Milton Shealy Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following the service.
