Lila Anderson Asbill

Lila Anderson Asbill, 90, of Batesburg, passed away Saturday, May 14, 2016. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Tuesday, May 17, at Worship Fellowship Church of God with interment in Ridge Crest Memorial Park with Pastor Dennis Lear officiating. Active pallbearers will be Brandon Rowe, Ryan Rowe, Justin West, Jeffrey West, Keith Asbill, Adam Asbill, and Gary Asbill.

Mrs. Asbill was born in Leesville, SC, daughter of the late Milton Anderson and Annie Willis Anderson Waters. She was married to the late Crosson Asbill. She was a member of Worship Fellowship Church of God.

Surviving are her son, Billy (Sylvia) Asbill of Batesburg; daughter-in-law, Annette Asbill of Batesburg; brother-in-law, Roy Asbill of Leesville; grandchildren, Gary Asbill; Carla Rowe; Keith Asbill; Angie Kaminer; Beverly West; Rhonda Hallman; fourteen great grandchildren; and twelve great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Ray Asbill; grandson, Bobby Asbill and a great great grandson, Parker Cole Asbill.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. Monday, May 16, at Milton Shealy Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Saluda Nursing Home.
