Linda Kneece Boozer

Linda Kneece Boozer, of Batesburg, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 22, 2025. She was born February 23, 1944 to the late Ethelyn Bolen Kneece and Plato Socrates Kneece. Linda was a graduate of the University of South Carolina and was an elementary school teacher. In 1967 she married the late William Alva Boozer Jr., also of Batesburg. She then devoted her love and her time fully to her husband and her children. Linda was a member of of Mt. Ebal Baptist Church were she served in more recent years, with Awana. Her beauty, kindness and love of Jesus has blessed so many and she is adored by her family.

She is survived by her children, William Shannon Boozer, William Alva Boozer III (Daniella), and Victoria Boozer Woodall (Jon); and her beloved grandchildren: Abby, Hadassah, Lila, Gabriella, Max and Wil. She is also survived by her brother, Plato Socrates “Bubba” Kneece, Jr. (Joyce); as well as nieces, nephews and extended family members. In addition to her parents and husband, Linda was preceded in death by her brother, William Kneece (Judy); and her sisters, Mary Eva Spence (Jim) and Gloria Stills (Dever).

The service for Mrs. Boozer will be held at 3 o'clock, Sunday, March 2nd at Mt. Ebal Baptist Church with the Rev. Bill Paulling officiating. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service beginning at 2 o'clock in the sanctuary.
