Linda Steele Risinger

Linda Steele Risinger, 64, of Batesburg, passed away Wednesday, July 5, 2017. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Saturday, July 8, at Amick Grove Pentecostal Holiness Church with interment in the church cemetery with Rev. Larry Smith and Rev. Dennis Barden officiating. Visitation will be held from 1:00 – 3:00 P.M. before the service at the church. Active pallbearers will be David Gulledge, Little Red Miller, Gary Rinehart, Larry Clark, Charlie Boswell, and G.W. Lawson.

Mrs. Risinger was born in Batesburg, SC, daughter of the late Marvin Pete and Evelyn Warren Steele. She was a member of Amick Grove Pentecostal Holiness Church.

Surviving are her husband, Brady Risinger; son and daughter-in-law, Marion “Monk” (Christal) Gulledge; daughter and son-in-law, Melinda (Michael) Rinehart; brother, William Steele; sisters, Patricia Anderson; Darlene Miller; granddaughter, Monica Clark; step-daughters, Tammy (Bobby) Anderson, Carroll (G.W.) Lawson; step-son, Marty Risinger; four step granddaughters; and three step grandsons. She was preceded in death by a brother, John Earl Steele; sisters, Elaine Crapps and Joyce Corder; and a step grandson.
