Melissa Dawn Barrett Hodge, 49, passed away Monday, April 2, 2018. Melissa was born in West Hamlin, WV daughter of Cleo Luther Barrett and Anna Lea Barrett.

Surviving are her mother, Anna Lea Barrett; sister and brother-in-law, Sherrie Lynn Taylor (David Preston Taylor); brother and sister-in-law, Jason Scott Barrett (Freda Carol Barrett); nieces and nephews, Joseph Miller, Amanda McElveen, Christopher Putnam, Kaitlyn Ennis, Hannah Taylor, Jessica Taylor and Rachel Barrett and special friend, Steven Edward Coyle.
