Pearly Watson Boatwright III, 52, passed away Saturday, August 1, 2015. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 PM Wednesday, August 5, at Milton Shealy Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Thursday, at Milton Shealy Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Ridge Spring Cemetery. Mr. Boatwright was born in Aiken, SC son of the late Pearly Watson Boatwright Jr. and Elizabeth Goldman Boatwright. He was a skilled carpenter and mechanic. He enjoyed working with his hands he was a man of many talents. He has a big heart and he loved his family and many friends. He enjoyed playing music with his band and singing. He lived life to the fullest. Surviving are his sons and daughters-in-law, Pearley W. "Peanut" Boatwright IIII (Audrey) ; Patrick O'Neal Boatwright (Tamara); daughter and son-in-law, Patty "Beth" Boatwright (Stephen); sisters and brothers-in-law, Sandra Webb (Romie); Frances Bottoms (Donald); Phyllis Fulmer (James) many nieces and nephews and six grandchildren. He was predeceased by a sister, Barbara Ripley. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Milton Shealy Funeral Home, c/o Pearly W. Boatwright III Memory, 115 N. Pine Street, Batesburg-Leesville, SC 29006.
