Roberta Hope Anderson Elkins, 56, of Gilbert, passed away Wednesday, June 11, 2014. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, June 14, at Edmond First Baptist Church with Rev. Johnny Slice officiating. Visitation will be held after the service at the church. Mrs. Elkins was born in Columbia, SC, daughter of the late James Clinton Anderson and Crystal Baker Anderson Oswald. She was a member of Gilbert First Baptist Church. Surviving are her husband, O. Preston Elkins, III; son, O. Preston Elkins, IV; sister, Teresa O. Mabus; brother, Robert Anderson; step- sister, Barbara Walters; Gail Connelly; step-brothers, Sam Shaw; Bruce Shaw; and two grandchildren, Kelee and Kaylee Elkins.
