Rosemary L. Heyward

Rosemary L. Heyward, 49, of Batesburg, passed away Tuesday, January 20, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, January 24, at Hulon Baptist Church with interment in Ridge Crest Memorial Park with Rev. Robert Patterson and Rev. Starrett Hall officiating. Mrs. Heyward was born in Prosperity, SC, daughter of Franklin Heyward and the late Carol Snipes Heyward. She was a homemaker. Surviving are her father, Franklin Heyward; sons, John B. Hartley; Clayton D. Hartley both of Batesburg; daughter, Lisa H. Cooper of New Ellington; brothers, Robert and Buck Heyward both of Batesburg; sister, Laney Boozer of Batesburg; and four grandchildren. She was predeceased by her late husband, Douglas Hartley, Jr. and twin brother, David Heyward. The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. Friday, January 23, at Milton Shealy Funeral Home, other time at the home of her father.
