Ruby Carolyn Fulmer, 84, of Saluda, passed away Saturday, July 9, 2022. Mrs. Fulmer was born in Aiken County, a daughter to the late LaVeta Whittle Eckert (George). She was a member of Richland Springs Baptist Church where she was a Sunday School teacher for many years. Mrs. Fulmer was also an Eastern Star. Along with her husband, W.M. Fulmer, she owned and operated Fulmer's 378 Pitt Stop in Saluda for over 45 years.
Surviving are her daughter, Pamela Burkett; grandchildren, Walter Bryan Bedenbaugh (Tracey), Kelle Nicole Bedenbaugh, and Brett Allen Burkett; great-granddaughter, Delaney Jordan Bedenbaugh. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years, Walter "W.M." Fulmer, along with siblings, Laura DeFee and Richard Eckert.
The service for Ms. Fulmer will be held at 3:00 P.M., Sunday, July 31st at Richland Springs Baptist Church. The family will greet friends following the service.
