Sandra Bodie

Sandra Faye Bodie, 80, of Monetta, passed away Saturday, July 17, 2021. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, July 20th, at Amick Grove Pentecostal Holiness Church with burial in the church cemetery. The Rev. Donald Bodie, Rev. Dennis Barden and Rev. Larry Smith will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Active pallbearers will be Samuel Bodie, Steven Bodie, Ricky Clamp, Joey Clamp, Cody Day, Josh Roland, Morgan Burton, and Anthony Bodie. Honorary pallbearers will be David Kaminer, Gene Kaminer, Eddie Kaminer, Tommy Kaminer and Paul Walker.

Mrs. Bodie was born in Lexington County, a daughter of the late Colie and Leola Clamp. She was a member of Amick Grove Pentecostal Holiness Church. Mrs. Bodie loved all types of flowers. She was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother who will be dearly missed.

Surviving are her husband of 61 years, Raymond Bodie; sons and daughters-in-law, Stanley Bodie (Sandi), Donald Bodie (Sonya); and grandchildren, Samuel and Steven Bodie. Also surviving are her brothers and sisters; Margaret Smith, Bertha Walker, Richard Clamp, Hank Clamp and host of nephews and nieces. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Sonny Clamp; and a sister, Helen Kaminer.
